Sleep Cycle
The saga continues. Asher still wakes up in the middle of the night but we have weaned him from needing a diaper change or bottle feed when that happens. So we still need to arrest our own night's sleep, but all we have to do is go down to his room, pick him up for a few seconds, get him back comfortable in his bed, pat his butt, and be on our way. He'll stop crying when we get him and restart when we leave him, but the crying is getting shorter and less intense. Someday soon, either he'll learn to get himself back to sleep or we'll let him cry it out. Either way, it's been a tiring training process but perhaps there is light (sleep?) at the end of this tunnel.
