We "checked out" of my aunt's and hit up a Toys R Us to spend some Christmas gift cards before heading to the airport to pick up Amy. She had upgraded on the flight, and got her money's worth by grabbing every free thing she could avail herself of, which made our drive from airport to hotel very snack-filled.
When we arrived at the hotel, our room wasn't ready yet, so we headed for In n Out for burgers. We finally checked in, unpacked, and hit the pool before grabbing some pizza for dinner. We hit the hay early, since Amy was still on Philly time and we were going to spend the whole day at Disneyland the next day. Great to have all four of us together again.
