Socializing
Hard to believe this is coming from our cranky and sour little boy, but apparently in social settings Aaron is quite the schmoozer. Over dinner, Amy and I swapped Aaron stories. Mine was about how Aaron was in the middle of a tantrum as we were leaving his school to go home when the dad of one of his classmates entered the building. Aaron ceased his howling and calmly and eagerly reported to the man, "Sheena is in the gym," and then to me, "That's Sheena's daddy." Amy's story was about how she took him to the park earlier in the week and Aaron sidled up to another boy and said, "Hey, what's your name," and then proceeded to climb up the monkey bars with him. Just when we think we've figured our little dark and stormy out, he has to go an evolve on us. Keeps us on our toes.
