Young Fashionista

I took the crew to lunch at an outdoor cafe after the kids' doctor's
appointments yesterday morning. As I was finishing my meal and
keeping Aaron from grabbing everything in sight, Amy and Jada took a
quick peek into an Urban Outfitters. Despite beads, bangles, and
other alluring shiny things all over the place, Jada made a beeline
for the clothes racks, touching various pieces and remarking, "It's
cute." We have ourselves a young fashionista on our hands. I don't
think she'll be one who's "brands or nothing," because she seems too
fiercely independent for that; but clearly she's got a sense of style
already. We can't wait to see what her wardrobe will look like once
she's the one picking it out.
