Zoo

You know those kids that are practically floating in the air, they're
so excited about going to the zoo? That was my kids today. Jada, a
zoo vet, seemed particularly jazzed; I think it was getting to ride in
her new, two-person stroller. And Aaron seemed to enjoy being out in
the sun; he didn't cry once, and looked at all the sights with intent
and curiosity.

Of course, lugging two kids to the zoo was a bit of an ordeal, made
much easier by the fact that my sister went with us, but it was still
somewhat comical to take ten whole minutes from parking the car down
the block from our house to getting everybody and everything into the
house. Still, the kids were happy, so I, though exhausted, was happy
too.
