The men's Bible study I attend threw us a baby shower this afternoon. Tons of food, generous gifts, the warmest people, and of course lots of little ones running around. I described the scene to someone who arrived at the end as "Woodlandesque." What a wonderful blessing to be part of such a congregation, that I would turn the name of the church into an adjective for hospitality and familial love.
