Hard month. School in a remote format is hard for all the kids: Asher's antsy all the time, Aaron is faring poorly in the absence of accountability, and Jada is struggling to keep up with a very rigorous curriculum. Amy's job is always difficult, not just the patient interactions but now also the logistics of getting there and staying safe. Running a company and serving on the School Board is a heavy load for me. We're all building resilience and learning new techniques for surviving, but most of the time it seems surviving is all we're doing, and only barely at that. Nice to celebrate Jada's Gotcha Day and Asher's first lost teeth in the midst of all this.
