It was exactly a year ago that I closed on our condo, culminating a many-months-long shopping season. I feel super fortunate that, having given myself a good 10 years to find something once I started looking, it took less than a year to find and secure something that works for us. Thankful too for the two tenants I've had so far, who've been great people and who are enjoying the unit, the property, and the location immensely. Of course, all this means Amy and I are one year closer to moving there ourselves. Can't wait!

Closing, A Year Later
It was exactly a year ago that I closed on our condo, culminating a many-months-long shopping season.
