Asher turned 1 and we threw him a birthday party and watched him go to town on his first piece of cake. Jada and Aaron survived standardized testing at school, and continue to hate school and love their extra-curricular activities (gymnastics and choir for Jada, swimming and karate for Aaron). Aaron made green belt in karate.
Amy and Lee celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary by, well, not doing much different than any other weeknight.
Lee had a catheter ablation to correct an irregular heartbeat and the surgery was successful; he spent the night in the hospital and is resting at home now.
