Jada's first gymnastics meet was actually an intramural affair, in that it was just her team competing. Still, it was a good experience to go out there with all her nerves and figure out how to work through them. I wasn't there (Amy watched while I was home with the boys) but heard from Jada that indeed she was a nervous wreck, but Amy noted she didn't show it. A couple more meets ahead in the season, so we'll see if she gets more and more comfortable. Proud of her for going for it, and pleased she is getting into it.

Jada Gymnastics Meet
Jada's first gymnastics meet was actually an intramural affair, in that it was just her team competing. Still, it was a good experience to go out there with all her nerves and figure out how to work through them. I wasn't there (Amy watched while I was home with the boys) but heard from Jada that indeed she was a nervous wreck, but Amy noted she didn't show it.
