The scenery in Utah, Nevada, and California wasn't too shabby, even compared to the Rockies. But it was nice to finally land in Emeryville. Soon enough we were aboard our final train, to get us a little closer to my parents' house. Our neighbor picked us up at the station and brought us back to my parents'. It was nice to see them and to sleep on a bed!
