We found out yesterday that Jada did not get into Masterman for 5th grade. Most of her friends did, so the bad news is doubly painful, as she will not get to go where she wanted to and she may be separated from her besties starting next school year. She was pretty sad. Amy broke the news to her and just kind of sat with her for a few minutes. It's disappointing, but Penn Alexander is a pretty darn good school for her to finish out her K-8 years. So we press on. We also hope to be good parents for Jada during this time of rejection, so that she learns how to bounce back and move forward. That's a big life lesson.

Rejection
We found out yesterday that Jada did not get into Masterman for 5th grade.
