Running Commentary

Jada's 5-K race is in less than two weeks, so every weekend I've tried to get a run in with her to build up her stamina.  Last weekend we went without Aaron so that we could go longer, since he tends to spoil quickly.  This allowed us to run all the way to and through the Penn campus, which ended up making for a fun running tour of all of my old haunts, both during and after college.  There were all the places I took classes, the restaurant where Amy and I celebrated buying our house, and where I currently teach, among other stops on the tour.  Of course as a proud Penn alum I could not help but plant a seed in Jada's mind about her studying there.  We've got a ways to go, but hey why not?
