Aaron has been complaining lately amidst the cold weather that his ankles are freezing. Aaron, it's called "I'm in a growth spurt and all my pants don't fit anymore." Indeed, I measured the kids this past weekend, as I do every three months, and he's grown an inch and a half since the last measurement! At this rate, he'll be hitting his head on the ceiling by high school. I predicted last year that he'd catch up to Jada by age 8, Amy by age 12, and me by age 16, but I may have to revise downward. And buy him some new pants.

Growth Spurt
