Thanks, Giving

http://www.prlog.org/10222343-attachment.jpgAs a follow-up from yesterday's post, I'm happy to report Jada made her first meaningful charitable contribution.

With the $15 she earmarked for giving and the $15 I matched it with, we went to Heifer International and bought a flock of chicks and a share in a flock of rabbits, to be given to a family in need.  These assets provide ongoing food for eating or selling, so they are a gift that keeps on giving for awhile.

I'm proud of Jada for having a category for giving, and for following through on it.  We'll see what she does this time next year, and throughout the year for that matter.

Is there is a balance between the salary and the demanding job.

During tough phases of life, you need someone with whom you can share your marital problems
openly. A recovering therapist would be more capable
of role modeling how to stay clean and sober.
