Jada got a kick out of looking at old photos of Amy's parents when we visited their house this past weekend. I told her that's partly why I take so many pictures, is so that she can show her kids what she was like when she was a kid.
It's strange to think that contemporary images will look dated as 30 years from now as images from 30 years ago look today, but it's true: fashion will change, haircuts will change, and (save for Instagram) even the colors will change.
And let's not even get started on what we will be looking at when we look at pictures. Will physical photo albums even exist? Will we even need hardware or just conjure images up from the ether? However it is, I'll be glad that we'll have taken so many to look at.
