Backyard Pool

After three weekends in a row with the cousins, this Saturday was relatively mellow. But not without its fun. My friend, who has two boys and a backyard pool, invited us over for a swim, and the kids had a blast toggling between the water and their jungle gym. It was an eye-opener for Aaron and Jada, given that our backyard is tiny and decidedly without swimming options. It also helped that we stopped by McDonald's to get breakfast for everyone. Not too bad for two city kids.

Note: the videos below are my first two taken by my new smartphone. A little grainy, but the convenience of posting directly to YouTube is pretty nifty. And, yes, I realize I need to give the device a 90-degree turn.
