How do you survive 28.5 inches of snow when you have two stir-crazy little ones? Mix in good friends who live nearby, the occasional craft project or cookie break, and just enough really strenuous snow/sled play to induce very long naps. Thankfully, our kids' schools are open late rather than completely closed, as is the case with Philadelphia public and parochial schools; for while we survived the second great snow out of 2009-2010, we did so just barely.
