New Shoes
This is, admittedly, hard for a two-year-old to understand. We got new shoes for the kids last weekend at the Gallery Mall: Dora sneaks for Jada and Cars sandals for Aaron. Only sometimes day care is funny about open-toed shoes at school. So while Jada can wear her new shoes, Aaron has to wear his old blue kicks. Not surprisingly, this is very distressing for the boy. We're two for two on shoe-related tantrums so far this week; let's see if he relents later this morning.
