The kids stayed home yesterday so that Amy could take them on a playdate to the newly renovated Please Touch Museum with another family from our church. Having just allowed our aquarium membership to expire, we were thinking of joining PTM, especially given their recent expansion and enhancements.
The report back from Amy was that it was a big hit with the kids. Jada had a "Disneyworld" experience, in that everything was more than she could've possibly imagined. She actually had a very hard time leaving the place. And even Aaron seemed to enjoy himself enough to stop crying for minutes on end.
I'm still nervous about how crowded the place apparently gets on weekends, which is when I would get to go. But hey, we've got a whole year at least to check the place out. So I'll see you all there some future Saturday morning.
