US Virgin Islands

A flurry of posts and videos to follow about our trip to the US Virgin Islands. I am part of a team that is doing some economic development work there, and we had a kickoff meeting and other data collection efforts and stakeholder interviewing to do. We got in on a Monday afternoon and I crammed in 15 meetings over the next 72 hours, while Amy took the kids to the beach and to Coral World, a cross between Adventure Aquarium and Sea World. After the work part of the week was over, I was able to join the family for island fun. The mosquitoes were biting and it was hard to navigate such an unfamiliar place with two small kids, but we still had a ton of fun and wonder when we'll get to go back now that we know the lay of the land.
