Gotcha, Aaron

We're in the midst of some general busyness, plus my sister and brother-in-law will be in town later this month, so we've decided to delay Aaron's Gotcha Day celebration until later in the month when they're here.  But it is officially today.  Yes, a year ago today, he arrived in Philadelphia, forever turning our family of three into a party of four.

Since then, he's slept a lot, eaten a lot, and tantrumed a lot.  He's settled into a nice equilibrium with his big sister, with whom he still fights a lot but also has moments of tenderness and giggles.  And we're reaching somewhat of an equilibrium with him, in terms of knowing his eating and sleeping patterns.

We really can't imagine life before Aaron, even though it was just a year ago; he's left quite an impression on our family.  Gotcha, Aaron.
