Fun times at Franklin Square: friends met us there, I saw a few other old friends with their kids, the carousel was open this time, and there was an Asian American Heritage Month celebration going on. Rain was forecasted but instead we got a beautiful sunny day, making lunch on the grass at nearby Independence Mall even more delightful.
