Aaron was a beast at Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work yesterday afternoon, and even more of a beast at McDonalds, where we met Amy afterwards. He was beast once we got home, and a beast still the next morning. We kept him home from day care because he had a doctor's check-up this morning. And it was good timing: it turns out he has each infections in both ears. The doctor literally wrote us a prescription for four times the antibiotics, so that the next time he gets diagnosed, we don't have to make an extra trip to the pharmacy. Poor little guy. Now all the crabbiness makes sense.
