Play Date

This weekend, I took the kids up to North Jersey so Amy could get a much-needed break and so I could reconnect with a college buddy of mine. Aaron and Jada enjoyed the play date so much they slept two-thirds of the two-hour ride home. Of course, the last third, Aaron stirred and started whimpering, followed by a peeved Jada crying because he had woken her up, followed by Aaron shrieking because Jada was crying, followed by Jada moaning because of Aaron's shrieks, followed by Aaron wailing at the top of his lungs, and well you get the picture. Still, it was good times for everyone involved.
