Amy, Jada, and I went to the park yesterday to kick the soccer ball around and throw the Frisbee. But we were so tired that that didn’t last too long. So instead we just lay in the grass and soaked in the warm sun. At one point, I laid Jada down and then lay down next to her and we looked up at the clouds. Amy looked over at us and said something to the effect of, “This is how I imagined it.” As I had written a couple of months ago, she too had images of what her life would be like, and one by one those images were moving from dream to reality. “I’ve got a wonderful husband and a scrumptious bon-bon for a baby girl,” she continued. “Life is good.” Indeed, life is good.
