Baby Steps
Jada is so getting so sturdy on her feet. She still has to hold onto something, like a novice ice skater clinging to the sides, but she can get up to a standing position and get back down to a sitting position without a hand from anyone. In fact, just today she learned how to push our laundry hamper across the room all by herself, like an elderly person would use a walker. We are so happy on this, not in the least because all this exercise tires her out and helps her sleep well at night. We figure it’s just a matter of time before she stands up and walks by herself without having to hold onto anything. Then we’ll really be in for a workout.
