The above picture of the living room of this place doesn't do justice to how nice the unit is. It's setting me back more than a bill, but on the other hand being the opportunistic buyer I had to swoop in because of a motivated seller.
They got nervous about climate change and decided to unload now rather than watch the property deteriorate in condition and value. I made a hardball offer and here we are: I parlay floods into lifetime opportunities.
