Closer to Moving

Happy to announce we have a tenant for our condo on the Delaware River.  We lucked out with our first tenant, who is a really nice guy and took good care of the place while he, his wife, and their dog were living there.  And we've lucked out with our next tenant, who moves in later this month, and who has been great to know.

I had occasion to go to the unit several times in the past two months, first to show the unit to prospective tenants and then to get the place ready for our new tenant.  Each time, I took care to spend a few moments to sit in the living room and look out the window, to take in the expansive view of the Delaware, with Penn's Landing to the right, the Camden waterfront to the left, and Walt Whitman Bridge down the center in the distance.  What a great and relaxing view, and it confirmed for me we picked a good place and I can't wait to move there.

Target date is still Summer 2029, and don't think I'm not counting down the days.  Until then, glad someone else will get to enjoy the place, the property as a whole, and the great neighborhood it is in.
