Birthday Birthday

This past weekend was a little bit of a birthday bonanza.  Jada was invited to a sleepover birthday party at her friend's house down the street, while we finally got around to hosting Aaron's birthday party at our house.  Girly Legos, crepes, and not much sleep were involved with the former, while guns and ice cream sundaes were involved with the latter.  After all the playing, somehow both kids felt short-changed in their time with friends, and I'm left setting up follow-up play dates for the next several weekends.  It's good to be a kid.
