Poor Aaron. One morning earlier this week his eye swelled up - we diagnosed it as a bug bite and sent him on his way to camp, and sure enough it calmed down pretty quickly. Then last night his ear was badly swollen, to the point we called the doctor and were convinced to go to urgent care; Amy took him while I stayed home with Jada. This was our first ER-ish trip; we've been fortunate and our kids have been hearty. Several hours later, we were assured it was another bug bite and sent home. Not sure what's next (hopefully not a swelled-up nose!), but Aaron was a champ through it all and so was Amy. We'll keep an eye out on this development.

Bite Me
