Mama's Girl
Aaron may be a mama's boy, but Jada needs her "mama time" too. It's a challenging for working moms to find time for quality time for their kids. I am so proud of Amy for, after a long and tiring first week at her new job, sacrificing some of her "me time" at the Y to take Jada swimming during Aaron's basketball practice. Jada reveled not only in the water but in being able to frolick with, talk to, and catch up with her mama.
Amy then got her showered and changed into her ballet outfit, and I picked her up outside of the women's locker room and took her to her ballet class. She floated there, she was so happy to have had her "mama time." Well done to my wonderful wife.
