Free Library

Strangely enough for someone who relishes the thought of free stuff for kids, I do not often take the kids to the library. I think it’s because they’re too active for a trip to the library to last very long; what’s the fun in just looking at books and having to be quiet the whole time? But, for the sake of their future studiousness, I should do it more often.

So here’s a scene from earlier this month, in which we did make it to the local library, which is barely a half-mile walk from our house. Of course, what did we spend most of our time there doing? Playing computer games.
