Backyard Fun

Though our backyard may not have a green lawn or a trail head to a meandering path through the woods, it is more lush than you'd imagine for a city home. Our tiny backyard lot opens up to an area shared by about ten houses (one of which belongs to our City Councilperson), five facing east and five facing west, that includes a bird sanctuary. And our teeny little backyard deck is big enough for a pool! Well, a kiddie pool, at least. Jada doesn't seem to mind; in fact, set up the pool and open the back door, and she's good for hours.
