run a few on the treadmill while catching the tape of last night's
game. Just one minor modification: Aaron along for the ride.
He did fine in my lap while I was doing my God time. He did fine in
the carrier while I changed into my workout gear. He did fine on the
floor while I ran, as he seemed pre-occupied with the sound of the
treadmill and with keeping his head up.
The hardest part was the shower after. I managed to squeeze the
carrier into our tiny bathroom. As I strapped him in, I begged him
for three uninterrupted minutes to shower. I marveled as I didn't
hear a peep from him. And no wonder: he had fallen asleep.
