Saving Up For Groceries

Aaron had a routine doctor's appointment earlier this week:
immunizations, overall check-up, vitals. He weighed in at 13.2 pounds
- this is at 6 1/2 weeks. In contrast, when we got Jada at 7 1/2
months, she was barely a pound heavier.

Meanwhile, Jada was feeling sick earlier this week so she was pretty
curmudgeonly at the dinner table, but now she's feeling better and
starting to pound the food again. So Amy and I realizing we're going
to need to up our weekly grocery budget. And can you imagine when
they're all teens, and they invite their friends to graze in the
kitchen with them?

Better start saving up now.
