Colorful Day
A lot of family websites I've visited have recommended the Crayola Factory, and so even though it's over 90 minutes away by car, I decided to take Jada out there for a look-see. Two other friends of mine joined us with their kids, so the Easton location ended up being pretty fair midpoint for us to gather.
Let me tell you, it is definitely worth the hike from Philadelphia. The kids had a ton of fun drawing with crayons and markers, trying out all sorts of fun crafts, and looking at all the colorful exhibits. There's even a National Canal Museum inside the building that's free with your admission - who knew that Easton was the center of the universe when it came to American canals? - and that is also quite kid-friendly. And did I mention that if your kid is under 3, their admission is free?
All in all, good times were had by all.
